全球生物医药产业与人工智能融合发展的专利态势分析 被引量:1

Global Patent Analysis on the Convergence of Artificial Intelligence and the Biomedical Industry

摘要 聚焦生物医药领域,采用专利计量分析法,通过分析国内外生物医药市场的发展态势、产业专利技术、专利竞争态势、生物医药技术与人工智能技术融合等情况,梳理全球生物医药技术研发与产业化的发展脉络。结合人工智能与生物医药领域融合的现状与发展趋势,基于实地调研和专家咨询,把握生物医药未来技术和产业化战略布局,分析未来发展态势。研究结果发现:中国在生物医药产业的专利申请量居世界第二,其中江苏省申请量国内领先;植物源药物及其制备技术是国内研发的热点领域;国内创新主体在海外布局较为薄弱,尤其在AI融合方面。基于以上发现,进一步提出适于中国生物医药产业发展的建议:强化自主创新,突破关键技术瓶颈;推动国际化布局,构建全球竞争优势;优化政策环境,增强产业发展动力。 This study employs patent trend analysis to systematically investigate the development trajectories of both global and domestic biomedical markets,assess technological advancements and patent competition dynamics within the biomedical industry,and explore the convergence of AI technologies with biopharmaceutical innovation.Based on a comprehensive analysis of over 2.4 million patent families from global databases,the research outlines the evolution of R&D and industrialization in the biomedical field,with a particular focus on China's positioning and challenges in the global innovation landscape.The integration of artificial intelligence(AI)into biomedical technologies is identified as a rapidly growing trend,especially in drug discovery,medical diagnostics,and personalized treatment.Key findings indicate that China ranks second in global biomedical patent applications,with Jiangsu Province leading domestic innovation efforts.Plant-derived drug products and their preparation technologies are prominent in China's biomedical R&D.However,domestic innovation entities show relatively weak international patent layouts,especially in the domain of AI convergence.In response,the study proposes targeted strategies for the development of China's biomedical industry,including enhancing independent innovation,accelerating international patent deployment,and optimizing policy environments.These measures are expected to strengthen China's competitive position in the global biomedical industry and promote the sustainable development of the biomedical sector through the integration of AI technologies.
