摘要
介绍了理论基础与数据来源,阐述了全球太阳能电池发展态势,从各国在华申请专利分布、主IPC、光伏领域重要申请人、国内申请人等四个方面,统计并分析了我国光伏行业专利的区域分布现状,得出结论并指出我国光伏产业必须通过知识产权来维护自身的合法权益,通过技术创新提升企业的核心竞争力,从而在市场竞争中立于不败之地。
The paper was introduced theoretical basis and data source, and expounded development situation of the global so-lar cell. Then, the paper was counted and analyzed the area distribution of current situation of photovoltaic industry in our country from 4 aspects of national patent distribution in China, main IPC, important applicant photovoltaic field and domestic applicant, which concluded and pointed out that safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of their own through intellec-tual property and improving enterprise＆#39;s core competence in order to remain invincible in market competition through techno-logical innovation.
