摘要 Turner综合征的确诊依赖于性染色体核型分析加影像学检查,治疗上根据不同的合并症及相关临床表现制定不同的治疗方式。本研究通过回顾性分析1例Turner综合征合并马蹄肾、左侧重复肾及右侧巨输尿管畸形的临床资料,旨在加强对该病的认识,为临床诊治提供参考。 Diagnosis of Turner syndrome relies on sex chromosome karyotyping and imaging studies,with treatment tailored to the specific comorbidities and clinical manifestations.This study aims to enhance understanding of the condition and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment through a retrospective analysis of a case of Turner syndrome complicated by horseshoe kidney,left duplex kidney,and right megaloureter.
