摘要
文章以采用多孔介质燃烧器的带钢加热炉为研究对象,基于段法建立了炉壁、带钢与多孔介质辐射面板之间的传热数学模型,采用python语言开发的计算程序对模型进行了求解,对比计算数据与生产实测数据,验证了模型的有效性。在此基础上,研究了多孔介质燃烧器排布方式与间距对加热效果的影响。结果表明,中间密两头疏排布方式下的带钢出炉温度和加热炉效率最高。
In the paper,a strip heating furnace with porous medium burner is taken as the research object,and a mathematical model of heat transfer between the furnace wall,strip steel and porous medium radiation panel is established based on the segment method,and a calculation program is developed in Python language to solve the model,and the calculated data are compared with the measured production data to verify the effectiveness of the model.On this basis,the influence of the arrangement and spacing of porous medium burners on the heating effect was studied.The results show that the furnace temperature and heating furnace efficiency of the strip are the highest under the arrangement of dense middle and sparse ends.
