多孔介质燃烧技术在室式加热炉的设计与应用 被引量:1

The design and application of the porous medium combustion technology in a chamber reheating furnace

摘要 介绍多孔介质燃烧技术的工作原理及多孔介质燃烧特性、多孔介质燃烧技术在一座室式炉上的应用改造方案,重点介绍了多孔介质燃烧器在室式炉上的布置设计、燃烧系统管道的设计以及多孔介质燃烧控制系统的设计。多孔介质燃烧技术在室式加热炉上的应用效果表明:多孔介质燃烧技术不仅可以提高炉温均匀性,而且节能效果显著,可以减少燃气消耗25%以上。 The working principle and characteristics of the porous medium combustion technology are introduced in this paper.The application and modification scheme of the porous medium combustion technology for the chamber furnace is presented.The arrangement design of the porous medium burner for the chamber furnace,the design of the combustion system pipeline and the combustion control system are focused on.The application results show that the porous medium combustion technology can not only improve the furnace temperature uniformity,but also achieve an obvious energy-saving effect.The fuel consumption can be reduced by 25% at least.
