摘要
对弓长岭球团厂生产的含MgO球团的预热、焙烧行为进行研究,考察造球原料中的MgO对球团预热、焙烧行为的影响。研究结果表明:随着铁精矿和膨润土中的MgO质量分数增加,预热及焙烧球团抗压强度降低。铁精矿中MgO的Mg^(2+)阻碍Fe_(3)O_(4)的氧化,形成明显双层结构,膨润土中的MgO使球团内部存在未矿化的MgO颗粒和少量矿化生成的含镁固溶体,焙烧时球团内部存在不同形式的含镁固溶体也不利于提高球团抗压强度。建议调整链篦机机速、回转窑窑速和生球进入链篦机前的布料厚度,同时加强对原料MgO质量分数的监测,保证生产正常运行。
The preheating and roasting behavior of MgO-containing pellets produced by Gongchangling Pellet Plant is studied and the influence of MgO in raw materials on the preheating and roasting behavior of pellets is investigated.The results indicate that MgO in iron concentrate and bentonite is detrimental to the compressive strength of pellets during preheating and roasting.The Mg^(2+) in MgO in iron concentrate impedes the oxidation of Fe_(3)O_(4),forming a distinct double-layer structure,while MgO in bentonite leads to the presence of unmineralized MgO particles and a small amount of mineralized magnesium-containing solid solution in the pellets.Moreover,the presence of different forms of magnesium-containing solid solution in both types of pellets during roasting also adversely affects the compressive strength of the pellets.It is recommended to adjust the speed of the chain grate machine,the rotary kiln speed,and the thickness of the material layer before entering the chain grate machine,while strengthening the monitoring of the MgO content in raw materials to ensure normal production operation.
