摘要
本文旨在提高造球盘的稳定生球质量与成球率,进而提高生产效率。通过开发智能造球模型,利用图像识别和智能加水控制技术,进行生球粒径的在线实时检测,借助人工智能算法及专家造球经验,模仿专家造球思路,实现智能造球,达到造球稳定和提高生球质量。经过测试,此方法可以将造球生球合格指标长期保持在92%以上,同时大大降低湿返率和能源消耗。智能造球系统的应用符合国家节能减排、提倡科技创新的战略要求。
This study aims to improve the quality of the pellets and the formation rate,and then improve the production efficiency.Through the development of intelligent pellet making model,using image recognition and intelligent water control technology,the online real-time detection of green pellet size is carried out.With the help of artificial intelligence algorithm and expert experience,the idea of expert pelletizing is imitated to realize intelligent pelletizing,so as to achieve pelletizing stability and improve pelletizing quality.After testing,this method can keep the qualified index of pellet in 92%for a long time,and greatly reduce the amount of wet return and energy consumption.The application of intelligent pelletizing system meets the national strategic requirements of energy saving and emission reduction and promoting scientific and technological innovation.
