摘要
在全球可持续发展浪潮的推动下,建筑行业积极寻求转型升级,绿色建筑与BIM技术的深度融合,已然成为提升建筑环境性能与能源效率的关键路径。聚焦京东上海中心项目展开深入研究,通过运用BIM技术,对环境噪声、风环境、采光、能耗等多个维度进行整合模拟分析,深入挖掘其在绿色节能设计中的协同优化潜力。研究结果表明,BIM平台强大的多专业数据集成与动态模拟功能发挥显著作用,使得项目在噪声控制方面有效降低外界干扰,自然通风与天然采光设计实现科学规划,能耗管理达到精细化水平。最终,该项目成功达到绿色建筑三星级标准,充分验证了BIM技术在绿色建筑全生命周期中从设计到运维阶段的核心价值,也为行业绿色发展提供了参考。
Driven by the global trend toward sustainable development,the construction industry is actively seeking transformation and upgrading.The deep integration of green building and BIM technology has become a key pathway to enhancing building environmental performance and energy efficiency.Focusing on the JD Shanghai Center project,this study conducts an in-depth analysis by integrating and simulating multiple dimensions such as environmental noise,wind conditions,daylighting,and energy consumption through the application of BIM technology,thereby exploring its potential for synergistic optimisation in green and energy-efficient design.The research findings demonstrate that the BIM platform's robust multi-disciplinary data integration and dynamic simulation capabilities have played a significant role.This has enabled the project to effectively reduce external noise interference,achieve scientifically planned natural ventilation and daylighting designs,and attain a refined level of energy consumption management.Ultimately,the project successfully achieved the three-star green building standard,fully validating the core value of BIM technology across the entire lifecycle of green buildings from design to operations and providing a reference for the industry's green development.
