摘要
建筑业作为碳排放大户,应积极响应我国“双碳”战略部署。对建设项目低碳管理现状进行分析,提出建设项目应在政府引导、监督下实施多方协作的全过程低碳管理模式,并从政府引导、全过程管理、多方协作三个角度分析了该模式的管理要点,在此基础上明确了项目各参与方在各阶段协作落实低碳管理的具体措施。以期为我国低碳建筑发展提供一定的借鉴。
The construction industry as a large carbon emissioner should respond positively to the deployment of "Double Carbon" strategy. This paper analyzes the current situation of low-carbon management of construction projects, proposes that construction projects should implement the wholeprocess low-carbon management model with the government supervision and multi-party collaboration. This paper also analyzes the management key points of this mode from the perspectives of government guidance, whole-process management and multi-party collaboration. On this basis, specific measures for the collaborative implementation of low-carbon management by each participant in the project at each stage are defined, which could provide certain reference for low-carbon building development in China.
