摘要
目的探讨多元化健康教育在社区高血压患者中的应用价值。方法本研究选取2022年4—10月天津市河西区陈塘庄街社区卫生服务中心实施多元化健康教育前辖区内60例高血压患者作为常规组,选取2023年5—12月天津市河西区陈塘庄街社区卫生服务中心实施多元化健康教育后辖区内60例高血压患者作为多元化组,对比分析两组干预后的临床效果。结果干预后多元化组患者疾病知识掌握情况、自我管理能力、治疗依从性、生存质量评分及收缩压、舒张压均优于常规组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元化组护理满意度高于常规组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育应用于高血压患者的社区健康管理中可提升其疾病认知能力和治疗依从性。
Objective To explore the application value of diversified health education in community patients with hypertension.Methods In this study,60 hypertensive patients before the implementation of diversified health education under the jurisdiction of Chentangzhuang Street Community Health Service Center,Hexi District,Tianjin,from April to October 2022 were selected as the routine group,and 60 hypertensive patients after the implementation of diversified health education under the jurisdiction of Chentangzhuang Street Community Health Service Center,Hexi District,Tianjin,from May to December 2023 were selected as the diversified group.The clinical effects of the two groups after intervention were compared and analyzed.Results After intervention,patients’knowledge of disease,self-management ability,treatment adherence,quality of life score and systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the diversified group were significantly better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the diversified group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education applied in community health management of hypertensive patients can enhance their disease cognitive ability and treatment compliance.
