摘要
本文主要研究了张力腿浮式风电平台遥控阀门控制方案,介绍了张力腿浮式风电平台的组成,以及安装和调试过程中的压调载需求。进一步引申出压排载阀门在压调载过程中的重要作用。通过对压排载阀门不同驱动方式的分析,确定液压阀门相对其他驱动方式的阀门更适用于张力腿浮式风电平台。最后,从液压阀门整体控制方案的角度分析,得出“电液阀门+控制站”方案是相对更合适的方案。
This paper’s research focuses on the remote valve control scheme of TLP(Tension Leg Platform)floating wind power platform,which introduces the components of TLP floating wind power platform,and the requirements for ballast and de-ballast in installation and commissioning phase of TLP floating wind power platform.And introduce the important role of valve in ballast and de-ballast procedure.Through the analysis of the valves with different driving mode,the hydraulic valve is considered most suitable for TLP floating wind power platform.Finally,after the analysis of whole control scheme of hydraulic valve,the scheme of“electrical hydraulic valve+workstation”is considered most suitable for TLP floating wind power platform.
