摘要
阐述了阀门液压遥控系统的泵站组成基本原理。讨论了海洋工程中常用的阀门遥控系统的几种基本形式及选用原则、应急系统的操作应用和设计选用对策,研究提出了设计选型的关键原则以及安装、投油的重要性及注意事项和调试的方法等。
This paper elaborates the basic principles of valve hydraulic remote control system＇s pumping station formation; discusses several basic forms and selection principles of valve remote control systems common in ocean engineering applications, the operational application of the emergency system and the countermeasures of design selection. This study proposes the key principles in design selection, the significance of installation and hot oil flushing, as well as some precautions and trouble-shooting methods.
