摘要
研究噪声数值修正方法在噪声监测中的应用,分析噪声监测中监测点位、人为因素、仪器精度、环境因素等主要干扰因素的影响,提出相应的数值修正方法。结合商业场所噪声投诉案例,验证了所提方法的有效性。修正后的监测结果为噪声污染责任认定和治理措施制定提供了科学依据,为提高噪声监测数据的准确性和可靠性提供了技术支撑。
This paper studies the application of noise numerical correction method in noise monitoring,analyzes the influence of main interference factors such as monitoring points,human factors,instrument accuracy and environmental factors in noise monitoring,and puts forward corresponding numerical correction methods.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a noise complaint case in a commercial place.The revised monitoring results provide a scientific basis for the identification of noise pollution responsibility and the formulation of control measures,and provide technical support for improving the accuracy and reliability of noise monitoring data.
