饲粮中添加裂殖壶藻粉对热应激黄羽肉鸡生长性能、肉品质、器官发育、血清生化指标、氧化应激及炎症反应的影响

Effects of Dietary Schizochytrium Powder on Growth Performance,Meat Quality,Organ Development,Serum Biochemical Indexes,Oxidative Stress and Inflammatory Response of Yellow-Feathered Broilers under Heat Stress

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加裂殖壶藻粉对热应激黄羽肉鸡生长性能、肉品质、器官发育、血清生化指标、氧化应激及炎症反应的影响。选择体重相近的144只35日龄雄性快速型黄羽肉鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只。对照组(CON组)和热应激组(HS组)饲喂基础饲粮,裂殖壶藻粉组(SP组)在基础饲粮中添加20 g/kg裂殖壶藻粉。预试期1周,正试期2周。预试期结束后,CON组维持常温,HS组和SP组进行循环热应激处理。结果表明:与CON组相比,HS组末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、胸肌系水力、肝脏指数和脾脏指数显著降低(P<0.05),料重比显著升高(P<0.05),血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活性及葡萄糖(GLU)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量显著升高(P<0.05),血清和肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05),空肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著升高(P<0.05),肝脏NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NLRP3)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的mRNA相对表达水平显著升高(P<0.05)。与HS组相比,SP组胸肌系水力、肝脏指数以及血清、肝脏和空肠丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高(P<0.05);法氏囊指数显著降低(P<0.05),血清总胆固醇(TC)、HDL-C含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著降低(P<0.05),肝脏NLRP3的mRNA相对表达水平显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加裂殖壶藻粉可以提高热应激条件下黄羽肉鸡的肉品质,改善热应激导致的肝脏损伤和炎症反应,提高脂质代谢能力,同时加剧热应激条件下血清、肝脏和空肠的氧化损伤。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary Schizochytrium powder on growth performance,meat quality,organ development,serum biochemical indexes,oxidative stress and inflammatory response of yellow-feathered broilers under heat stress.A total of 144 male fast yellow-feathered broilers aged at 35 days were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 8 broilers in each replicate.Broilers in the control group(CON group)and heat stress group(HS group)were fed a basal diet,and others in the Schizochytrium powder group(SP group)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 20 g/kg Schizochytrium powder.The pre-experimental period lasted for 1 week,and the experimental period lasted for 2 weeks.After the pre-experimental period,the CON group maintained normal temperature,and HS group and SP group were treated with cyclic heat stress.The results showed that compared with the CON group,the final body weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake,breast muscle water-holding capacity,liver index and spleen index of HS group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the feed to gain ratio was significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST)activity and glucose(GLU),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)contents were significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum and liver superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity was significantly increased(P<0.05),the jejunum villus height/crypt depth was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the mRNA relative expression levels of NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3(NLRP3)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in liver were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the HS group,the breast muscle water-holding capacity,liver index and serum,liver and jejunum malondialdehyde(MDA)content of SP group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the bursa of Fabricius index was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the serum total cholesterol(TC)and HDL-C contents and catalase(CAT)activity were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the mRNA relative expression level of NLRP3 in liver was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary Schizochytrium powder can improve the meat quality of yellow-feathered broilers,alleviate the liver damage and inflammatory reaction caused by heat stress,improve the lipid metabolism ability,and aggravate the oxidative damage of serum,liver and jejunum under heat stress.
