红光熊蜂肠道拮抗菌株的分离鉴定及其抑菌效果研究

摘要 通过对红光熊蜂(Bombus ignitus)肠道细菌的筛选,成功获得了3株对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)具有高度抑菌活性的拮抗菌株,其中菌株HG02被鉴定为粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis strain CP12),其抑菌效果最为显著;HG02菌株的发酵液对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)和枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)同样具有良好的抑菌效果,且在不同温度条件下表现出一定的稳定性。此外,对发酵液的稳定性测试表明,其抑菌活性在碱性条件下显著下降,且对蛋白酶敏感,推测抑菌成分可能为蛋白质或多肽类物质。对HG02菌株的生理生化特性进行分析,揭示了其淀粉水解活性。对红光熊蜂肠道拮抗菌株的分离鉴定及其抑菌效果的研究,为红光熊蜂肠道有益菌的开发利用提供了理论支持,并建议今后深入探究菌株的代谢产物及其抑菌机制,以期促进其在农业和生物医药领域发挥更大的应用潜力。 Through screening of intestinal bacteria from Bombus ignitus,three antagonistic strains with high inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus were successfully obtained,among which strain HG02 was identified as Enterococcus faecalis strain CP12,exhibiting the most significant antibacterial effect.Further studies revealed that the fermentation broth of strain HG02 also showed good inhibitory effects against Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis,demonstrating certain stability under varying temperature conditions.Stability tests on the fermentation broth indicated that its antibacterial activity significantly decreased under alkaline conditions and was sensitive to proteases,suggesting that the antibacterial components may be proteinaceous or peptide substances.Analysis of the physiological and biochemical characteristics of strain HG02 revealed its amylolytic activity(starch hydrolysis).Based on the isolation,identification,and antibacterial efficacy evaluation of antagonistic strains from B.ignitus intestines,this study provided theoretical support for the development and utilization of beneficial intestinal bacteria in B.ignitus,and it suggested that further investigation into the metabolites and antibacterial mechanisms of the strains should be developed,so as to enhance their application potential in agriculture and biomedicine.
