小城镇更新中的正反馈机制优化策略研究

摘要 新型城镇化进程中,小城镇更新面临空间形态破碎化、社会诉求多元化、实施主体碎片化等复杂系统性问题,传统静态规划的线性模式难以应对动态更新需求。本研究引介控制学正反馈理论,构建城市更新“接收—研判—输出”正反馈环。研究发现,当前小城镇更新正反馈存在四大问题:(1)收集阶段信息流失和失真;(2)研判阶段过程离散,协作困难;(3)输出阶段缺乏转译,执行失力;(4)全流程缺乏主导和协同机制导致效能低下。针对上述问题文章提出四项优化策略:(1)多渠道多对象收集显隐信号;(2)多主体多维度研判全量信息;(3)多样态、多层级输出有效内容;(4)建立主体统筹机制以及持续反馈机制。通过形成“数据驱动—动态优化—持续迭代”的小城镇更新技术范式,为新型城镇化建设提供理论支撑与实践路径。 In the process of new urbanization,small town renewal faces complex systemic challenges such as spatial fragmentation,diversified social demands,and fragmented participants,making traditional static,linear planning models inadequate for addressing dynamic renewal needs.This study introduces positive feedback theory from cybernetics and constructs a"reception–assessment–output"positive feedback loop for urban renewal.The research identifies four major issues in current positive feedback mechanisms in small town renewal:(1)information loss and distortion during the collection stage;(2)fragmentation and coordination difficulties in the assessment stage;(3)lack of effective translation and weak execution in the output stage;(4)a lack of leading and collaborative mechanisms throughout the entire process,resulting in low efficiency.In response,four optimization strategies are proposed:(1)collecting explicit and implicit signals through multiple channels and from multiple sources;(2)multi-stakeholder,multi-dimensional assessment of comprehensive information;(3)delivering effective content through diverse forms and hierarchical outputs;(4)establishing centralized coordination mechanisms and continuous feedback systems.By shaping a technical paradigm of"data-driven,dynamic optimization,and continuous iteration"for small town renewal,this study provides theoretical support and practical pathways for advancing new urbanization.
