摘要
在全球化和信息化的进程中,城市成为经济和社会发展的主要角色。城市化和城市现代化使城市问题日益成为社会关注的焦点。城市更新承载着城市的历史文明与现实发展、存量财富与增量财富、社会各阶层利益的矛盾与冲突。围绕我国目前城市更新中存在的一些主要问题,从机制因素和文化因素的角度分析问题产生的根源,主张从公众参与、健全评估机构、推进官员问责制和增强文化意识等方面着手,促进城市更新的健康发展,实现城市治理的科学化。
In the process of globalization and informationization, urban becomes the main role of global economic development. The urban administrator pays close attention to how the urban renewal. This text is around some subject matters existing while the urban renewal at present of our country,and have analysed the reasons why the questions produce in terms of mechanism factor and culture factor. The author maintain from the citizen's participation, perfect the appraisal agency, advancing officers to ask the responsibility and strengthen cultural consciousness such respects to set about the urban renewal developing in a science way.
