摘要
通过介绍模块化设计在创新设计中的研究及应用,应用模块化核心思想相似特征分析法将TRIZ理论冲突矩阵改进为分块冲突矩阵.根据相似度计算公式对39个普通工程参数做相似计算并得出其相似值;通过对其比较归纳,将39个工程参数简化为15类向量参数,为特殊问题向一般问题转化这一过程提供捷径,同时原先冲突矩阵被分类为225个分块冲突矩阵模块,精简了矛盾冲突分析个数;此改进的优越性在一家美国波音公司改进型737的一个设计方案中得以验证,通过运用分块冲突矩阵方法和原冲突矩阵方法比较,得出最多的矛盾分析个数也只有原先的2/25倍.该方法在产品概念设计过程中具有很大的优势和实际应用价值.
Research and application of modularization design were introduced into the fields of innovative design. Conflict matrix of TRIZ theory was modified as blocking one by means of similar character analysis which is the core idea of modularization. First, the similarity evaluation of 39 common engineering parameters was performed according to the formula of similarity degree, so that the similarity value was obtained. Then, by means of comparison and induction, the 39 parameters were reduced into 15 sub-vector parameters. A shortcut was provided in the course of switching special problem into general problem. Meanwhile, the original conflict matrix was classified into 225 blocking ones, so that the numbers of conflict matrix analysis were condensed. Finally, the advantage of this improvement was confirmed by a design scheme of modified 737 of American Boeing Co. By means of comparison between the original conflict matrix and blocking one, it was found that the maximum number of contradiction analysis of the latter was only 2-2. 5 times of the former. So this method was confirmed to have a big advantage and application value in the course of product concept design.
