亚硒酸钠对蛹虫草生长过程中有效成分含量的影响

摘要 为研究亚硒酸钠对蛹虫草中有效成分的影响,采用平板法对蛹虫草15F0和1749这2种菌株进行筛选,选取蛹虫草1749菌株为富硒栽培菌株,同时在大米培养基中分别添加质量浓度为0,50,100,150,200,250 mg/L的亚硒酸钠进行固体栽培,探讨不同质量浓度的亚硒酸钠对蛹虫草不同生长时期过程中的基质和子实体主要营养成分的影响。结果表明,与未添加亚硒酸钠的处理组相比,亚硒酸钠能显著提高基质中虫草素和子实体中的腺苷、多糖含量(p<0.05),显著降低子实体中蛋白质含量(p<0.05)。亚硒酸钠质量浓度为60 mg/L的大米基质中,成熟期的虫草素质量分数最高,为9.607 mg/g;亚硒酸钠质量浓度为30 mg/L的子实体中,成熟期的腺苷和多糖质量分数最高,分别为0.834 mg/g和7.870 mg/g。 To investigate the effect of sodium selenite on the active ingredients in Cordyceps militaris,the plate method was used to screen two strains of Cordyceps militaris,15F0 and 1749.Cordyceps militaris 1749 strain was selected as the selenium rich cultivation strain,and solid cultivation was carried out by adding different concentrations of sodium selenite at concentrations of 0,50,100,150,200,and 250 mg/L to rice medium.The effects of different concentrations of sodium selenite on the main nutrients of the substrate and fruiting bodies during different growth stages of Cordyceps militaris were explored.The results showed that compared with the treatment group without sodium selenite,sodium selenite significantly increased the content of cordycepin in the matrix and adenosine and polysaccharides in the fruiting bodies(p<0.05),while significantly reducing the protein content in the fruiting bodies(p<0.05).In the rice substrate with a concentration of 60 mg/L sodium selenite,the cordycepin content during the mature stage was the highest,at 9.607 mg/g;In the fruiting body with a sodium selenite concentration of 30 mg/L,the content of adenosine and polysaccharides in the mature stage was the highest,at 0.834 mg/g and 7.870 mg/g,respectively.
