摘要
当前,不断发展壮大的饭圈文化在丰富了人们的休闲娱乐生活的同时,也滋生了一系列乱象,例如各种无休止的矛盾冲突、争吵谩骂。宽恕作为缓和冲突,解决矛盾的积极手段之一,研究饭圈文化下的宽恕具有无比重要的现实意义。在社会认同理论下,通过两个研究,对饭圈文化下,群体身份影响宽恕的路径进行了研究。其中,研究一通过想象情境实验,确定了群体身份对冒犯事件中的宽恕具有显著影响,并一定程度上验证了“内群偏好性”和“外群偏见性”倾向在饭圈文化中同样存在;研究二通过深度访谈,从认知、情感和行为三个层面,对饭圈文化下,群体身份影响宽恕的路径进行了探讨。在此基础上,研究提出建议,要妥善地解决饭圈乱象,不仅要从根源上遏止失范行为的再度发生,还要加强宽恕教育,发挥群体身份对宽恕正向的影响机制,促进粉丝间的友好互动,使饭圈文化能够健康向上地发展。
At present,the continuously expanding fandom culture has enriched people’s leisure lives while simultaneously breeding a series of disorderly phenomena,such as endless conflicts,quarrels,and verbal abuse.As forgiveness serves as a positive means to mitigate conflicts and resolve disputes,researching forgiveness within fandom culture holds significant practical relevance.Guided by social identity theory,this investigation examines pathways through which group identity influences forgiveness in fandom contexts via two studies.Study 1 employs an imagined scenario experiment,confirming group identity’s significant impact on forgiveness in offense situations and partially validating the persistence of“in-group favoritism”and“out-group bias”tendencies within fandom culture.Study 2 utilizes in-depth interviews to explore cognitive,affective,and behavioral pathways through which group identity shapes forgiveness in fandom environments.Based on these findings,the research proposes that appropriately addressing fandom disorder requires not only curbing deviant behaviors at their source but also:strengthening forgiveness education;leveraging group identity’s positive influence mechanisms on forgiveness;promoting friendly interactions among fans;ultimately fostering healthy and constructive development of fandom culture.
