摘要
为有效评价载人航天器的维修保障能力,提出了一种德尔菲法-AHP-模糊综合评价的评估方法。首先基于载人航天器维修保障能力评估指标的选取原则,利用德菲尔方法进行了指标初选、筛选和确定;其次利用层次分析法(AHP)对指标权重进行加权赋值,评估其重要度并进行排序;最后利用模糊综合评价方法对载人航天器的维修保障能力进行了评估,得出了客观具体结论,从而为提升维修保障能力提供理论支撑与实践。
In order to effectively evaluate the maintenance and support capability of manned spacecraft,an evaluation method of Delphi-AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed.Firstly,on the basis of the principle of selecting indicators for the evaluation of manned spacecraft maintenance support capability,the Delphi method was used to carry out the primary selection,screening and final determination of the indicators.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to assign weights to the weights of the indicators,the importance of the indicators was assigned,and the size ranking evaluation was carried out.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the maintenance and support capability of manned spacecraft,and objective and accurate conclusions are drawn,which provides some theoretical support and reference basis for improving the maintenance and support capability of manned spacecraft.
