摘要
数字经济与制造业的融合发展,为河北省制造业转型升级提供了新思路。基于2012—2021年河北省的面板数据,构建数字经济和制造业发展综合评价指标体系,在此基础上利用耦合协调度模型探究两系统耦合发展情况,并利用灰色关联度模型找出两系统耦合协调发展的关键因素。模型结果显示,2012—2021年河北省数字经济与制造业发展协调度从中度失调迈向优质协调,制造业创新能力、数字经济产业数字化、数字经济基础设施这三个指标是促进两系统协调发展的决定性因素。最后,从提高制造业创新能力,发展数字新基建,实现制造业数字化布局等方面提出政策建议。
The realization of high-quality integrated development of digital economy and manufacturing industry provides a new idea for the transformation and development of manufacturing industry in Hebei Province.Based on the panel data of Hebei Province from 2012 to 2021,a comprehensive evaluation index system for the development of digital economy and manufacturing industry is constructed.On this basis,the coupling coordination degree model is used to explore the coupling development of the two systems,and the key factors of the coupling and coordination development of the two systems are identified by the grey correlation degree model.The results show that from 2012 to 2021,the development of digital economy and manufacturing industry in Hebei Province has moved from moderate imbalance to high-quality coordination,and the innovation ability of manufacturing industry,digital economy industry digitalization,and digital economy infrastructure are decisive factors to promote the coordinated development of the two systems.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions from improving the innovation ability of manufacturing industry,developing new digital infrastructure and realizing the digital layout of manufacturing industry.
