摘要
石灰石煅烧黏土水泥(Limestone Calcined Clay Cement,LC3)作为一种新型低碳胶凝材料,在减碳和提升材料性能方面具有显著优势。近年来,固体废弃物在LC3中的资源化利用逐渐成为业内研究热点。基于此,系统综述了陶瓷粉、大理石粉和玻璃粉等典型固废材料对LC3混凝土力学性能、工作性能和耐久性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,当3种典型固废材料的掺量控制在10%左右时,均可有效提升材料性能,其中大理石粉有利于增强早期强度,玻璃粉可改善后期强度,陶瓷粉则通过微粒填充效应与潜在火山灰活性的协同作用实现性能优化。然而,固废材料掺量超过最优范围可能导致基体强度下降和耐久性劣化。该研究成果可为固废材料在LC3绿色胶凝材料中的高值化利用提供理论参考和技术支持。
Being a new type of low-carbon cementitious material,Limestone Calcined Clay Cement(LC3)has signif-icant advantages in reducing carbon emissions and improving material properties.In recent years,the resource uti-lization of solid waste in LC3 has gradually become a research hotspot in the industry.Based on this,the influence of typical solid waste materials such as ceramic powder,marble powder and glass powder on the mechanical properties,workability,and durability of LC3 concrete was systematically reviewed.The research results indicate that the mate-rial performance can be effectively improved when the dosage of three types of typical solid waste materials are con-trolled around 10%.Among them,marble powder is beneficial for enhancing early strength,glass powder can im-prove later strength,and ceramic powder achieves performance optimization through the synergistic effect of particle filling effect and potential volcanic ash activity.However,that solid waste material dosage exceeding the optimal range may cause a decrease in matrix strength and durability degradation.This research result can provide theoretical and technical support for the high-value utilization of solid waste materials in LC3 green cementitious materials.
