摘要
用天然矿物重晶石作铝酸盐水泥的添加剂,可降低铅酸盐水泥的标准调度需水量,提高水泥强度,减小后期强度倒退,对水泥的耐大度也不降低。通过XRD、SEM等手段研究了水泥的水化。结果表明,重晶石对水化铝酸钙的晶型转变有抑制作用,这是重晶石提高铅酸盐水泥强度、减小强度倒退的主要原因。
Using natural barite as additive for aluminous cement it is possible to reduce the water requirement for normal o0nsisteney,increase the cement strength and reduce the weakening of late strength without decreasing the refractoriness of cement, Hydration of cement was studied by means of XRD and SEM, The results reveal that barite can restrict the crystal transition of hydrated calcium aluminate. This is the main reason for barite to increase the cement strength and reduce the weakening of late strength.
