摘要
建立了超声辅助分散液液微萃取-高效液相色谱法对乳品中雌二醇含量进行快速、高灵敏测定的分析方法。考察了萃取剂种类及用量、分散剂种类及用量四个因素对雌二醇萃取效果的影响。得到的最佳微萃取条件为:200μL三氯甲烷作为萃取剂,300μL乙腈作为分散剂。在最佳萃取条件下,方法的线性范围为0.025~2.0μg/mL,检出限0.008μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.1%,加标回收率在78.1%~92.0%之间。结果表明,该方法简单快速、环境友好、灵敏度高,可成功应用于乳品中雌二醇含量的测定。
A rapid and highly sensitive analysis method was established for the determination of estradiol in dairy products using ultrasound assisted liquid-liquid microextraction coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography.Effects of the types,the volumes of the extraction solvents and the disperser solvents on the extraction efficiency of estradiol were investigated.The optimal microextraction conditions were obtained as follows:200μL chloroform as the extractant and 300μL acetonitrile as the dispersant.Under the optimal extraction conditions,the linear range of estradiol was from 0.025 to 2.0μg/mL,with a detection limit of 0.008μg/mL.The relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5.1%,and the recovery in spiked samples was between 78.1%and 92.0%.The results indicated that the method was simple,fast,environmentally friendly,highly sensitive,and can be successfully applied to the determination of estradiol in dairy products.
