摘要
依据新标准建立了有效合理的汽车座椅有限元模型。根据此模型结构提出了座椅部件的应变能密度灵敏度与质量灵敏度之比的相对灵敏度分析方法。在此基础上,从模型力学特性出发,针对选定的设计变量、目标函数、约束条件实施了高刚度、轻质量的汽车座椅结构优化策略。通过仿真分析验证了此方法的正确性和有效性。
The effective and reasonable finite element model of automobile seat is established under the New Standard.According to the structure of the automobile seat,a relative sensitivity method called strain energy density mass sensitivity and mass sensitivity ratio is put forward.Aiming at the chosen design variable and objective function and constraint condition,the optimization strategy of automobile seat structure of high stiffness and light weight is carried out based on the mechanical characteristics of the model.It confirms that exactitude and effectiveness of this method through the simulation analysis.
