摘要 多材料增材制造技术突破了传统多材料制备在设计自由度、工艺复杂度等方面的限制,在复杂功能集成部件的一体化成形方面展现出独特优势。文章归纳了现有多材料部件设计流程和方法,重点阐述了主流多材料增材制造工艺。在此基础上,探讨了该技术在生物打印、4D打印及电子元件打印方面的应用,揭示其独特的跨学科功能集成潜力。讨论了该技术当前所面临的挑战,并对多材料增材制造技术的未来发展趋势进行科学展望。 The multi-material additive manufacturing technology has transcended the limitations of traditional multi-material preparation in aspects such as design freedom and process complexity,and has manifested unique advantages in the integrated forming of complex functional integrated components.The existing design processes and methodologies for multi-material components are systematically summarized,with a particular emphasis on expounding the mainstream multi-material additive manufacturing process.The applications of this technology in bio-printing,4D printing,and electronic component printing are explored,thereby unveiling its distinctive interdisciplinary functional integration potential.Finally,the current challenges confronted by this technology are discussed,and a scientific prospect is presented regarding the future development trends of the multi-material additive manufacturing technology.
