摘要
针对海上风机塔对船舶交通管理系统(VTS)雷达探测能力的影响展开研究,通过建立海上风机和常见船舶模型,结合某型VTS雷达技术参数,运用计算电磁学部分方法进行仿真分析,系统评估了风机塔筒和叶片等结构对X波段海事雷达效能的影响。研究成果可为海上风电项目建设维护、海事监管协调及航行保障服务发展提供技术参考。
This paper focuses on the impact of offshore wind turbines on the radar detection capability of the Vessel Traffic Service(VTS)system.By establishing models of wind turbines and common ships,and in view of the technical parameters of a certain VTS radar,the paper employs partial computational electromagnetics methods for simulation analysis and systematically evaluates the impact of wind turbine structures such as the tower and blades on the effectiveness of X-band radar.The research findings provide technical references for the construction and maintenance of offshore wind power projects,maritime regulatory coordination,and the development of navigation support services.
