摘要
为契合当今时代数字化、智能化快速发展,提高社会治理智能化水平,结合当地的实际工作需求,利用实景三维建模技术,整合集成社会治理多要素信息资源,构建了城市级实景三维社会治理综合指挥资源数据库,开发了社会治理综合指挥平台。本文详细地阐述了平台的建设目标、数据库设计、总体架构以及功能实现。实践证明,通过该平台的建设,逐步建成集数据资源管理、事件指挥调度于一体的社会治理智能化指挥体系,可助力社会治理工作构建精细化社会治理新模式。
In order to meet the rapid development of digitalization and intelligence in the present era,and improve the intelligence level of social governance.Combined with the actual work needs of the local area,using the realistic 3D technology,integrating the multi-element information resources of social governance,the city level realistic 3D social governance comprehensive command resource database is constructed,and the social governance comprehensive command platform is developed.This paper describes the construction goal,database design,overall framework,and function realization of the platform in detail.Practice has proven that through the construction of this platform,an intelligent command system for social governance that integrates data resource management and event command and dispatch will be gradually built,helping to build a new model of refined social governance for social governance work.
