摘要
探讨延续护理对结核病(tuberculosis,TB)合并艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)患者治疗依从性及生存质量的干预效果。采用类实验性研究设计,选取2022年3月—2024年2月广西桂林市第三人民医院收治的60例TB合并AIDS患者作为研究对象,按患者就诊时间将其分为对照组(2022年3月—2023年2月),观察组(2023年3月—2024年2月),每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施常规护理联合延续护理,比较两组患者的治疗依从性、生存质量(WHOQOL-HIV量表)及心理状态(HADS量表)评分。结果显示,观察组治疗依从性、生存质量总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。研究发现,延续护理可有效提升TB合并AIDS患者的治疗依从性和生存质量,缓解患者的负面情绪。
To explore the intervention effect of continuous nursing on the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with tuberculosis(TB)complicated with acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS).A quasi-experimental research design was adopted.60 patients with TB complicated with AIDS admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Guilin from March 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the patient’s visit time,they were pided into a control group(March 2022—February 2023)and an observation group(March 2023—February 2024),with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received routine nursing combined with continuous nursing.The treatment compliance,quality of life(WHOQOL-HIV scale)and psychological state(HADS scale)scores of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total scores of treatment compliance and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The study found that continuous nursing can effectively improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with TB complicated with AIDS,and relieve the negative emotions of patients.
