摘要
分析肺间质纤维化合并肺气肿的影像诊断价值。选取2023年1月—2023年12月医院收治的120例肺间质纤维化与肺气肿共存的患者为研究对象。为能够有效明确研究目的,选定60例患者,将其纳入观察组,采用高分辨率计算机断层扫描(high resolution computerized tomography,HRCT)技术进行诊断,而另外60例患者则纳入对照组,接受常规CT扫描。比较两组患者的影像学检查结果,明确主要差异。结果显示,两组患者的肺部纤维化HRCT结果对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。对两组患者的肺气肿表现进行对比分析,发现观察组的数据更准确,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,肺间质纤维化合并肺气肿的影像学诊断有着重要的价值和意义,能够为临床治疗提供必要的支持,可推广。
This study aims to analyze the value of imaging diagnosis for pulmonary interstitial fibrosis complicated with emphysema.A total of 120 patients with coexisting pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and emphysema admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.To effectively achieve the research objective,60 patients were assigned to the observation group,who underwent diagnosis using high-resolution computed tomography(HRCT)technology,while the other 60 patients were included in the control group and received conventional CT scanning.The imaging examination results of the two groups were compared to identify the key differences.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the HRCT results of pulmonary fibrosis between the two groups(P>0.05).However,when comparing the manifestations of emphysema between the two groups,the data in the observation group were more accurate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study concluded that imaging diagnosis for pulmonary interstitial fibrosis complicated with emphysema has important value and significance,as it can provide necessary support for clinical treatment and is worthy of promotion.
