摘要
拖线式电动装载机凭借无限续航、绿色零污染等特点,在港口、厂区等固定区域应用优势明显。基于此,以拖线式电动装载机工频交流、直流、变频交流3种供电模式为研究对象,首先给出不同供电模式的电缆截面积计算方法与选型依据,其次建立电缆等效电路,并结合160 kW电动装载机应用案例计算电缆动态参数,最后应用MATLAB软件仿真分析3种供电模式的电压降、电流波动等,为工程实践提供依据。
The trailing-wire electric loader,with its features such as unlimited battery life and zero pollution that is environmentally friendly,has obvious application advantages in fixed areas such as ports and factory areas.Based on this,taking the three power supply modes of trailing cable electric loaders,namely power frequency alternating current,direct current,and variable frequency alternating current as the research subject,firstly,the calculation method for cable cross-sectional area and selection criteria under different power supply modes are given.Secondly,the equivalent circuit model of the cable is established,and the operational parameters of the cable are calculated with the application case of the 160 kW electric loader.Finally,MATLAB software is applied to simulate and analyze the voltage drop and current fluctuation under the three power supply modes,providing a basis for engineering practice.
