摘要
随着井下采煤机供电距离的不断增长,电压降影响采煤机正常运行的问题日益突出。分析了远距离供电对采煤机带来的问题,研究了采煤机远距离供电的压降计算方法,并提出了合理增大采煤机主电缆截面积和增设接触器启动后备电源等解决方案,可为保障长距离供电的采煤机可靠运行提供参考。
With the continuous increase of power supply distance for underground coal winning machines,the problem of voltage drop affecting the normal operation of coal winning machines is becoming increasingly prominent.The problems caused by long-distance power supply to coal winning machines were analyzed,the calculation method of voltage drop for long-distance power supply of coal winning machines was studied,and solutions were proposed such as reasonably increasing the cross-sectional area of the main cable of the coal winning machine and adding a contactor to start the backup power supply,which can provide reference for ensuring the reliable operation of coal winning machines with long-distance power supply.
