摘要
闸门是水闸的重要组成部分。闸门下滑和开度差较大会严重影响水闸的安全稳定运行。以北街水闸泄洪闸门下滑和开度差问题为研究对象,剖析闸门下滑和开度差问题的成因。研究结果表明,机械磨损与密封材料老化是导致闸门下滑和开度差较大的主要原因,于是提出更换密封材料、改进密封结构以及加装自动锁定装置的解决措施。这些措施提升了北街水闸的运行安全性,为类似水利工程提供了参考。
The gate is an important component of the sluice.If the gate slides down or the opening difference is large,it will seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the sluice.Taking the problem of the sliding and opening difference of the floodgate of Beijie Sluice as the research object,the causes of the sliding and opening difference of the gate are analyzed.The research results show that mechanical wear and aging of sealing materials are the main reasons for the sliding of the gate and the large opening difference.Based on this,solutions such as replacing the sealing material,improving the sealing structure and installing an automatic locking device are proposed.These measures have enhanced the operational safety of the Beijie Sluice and provided reference and inspiration for similar water conservancy projects.
