摘要
针对排涝站带密封闷盖液压启闭机目前存在的故障问题,提出对液压缸密封圈进行优化升级改造,并对现地电气操作系统进行优化设计,启闭机检修工位偏小,能够满足液压启闭系统的控制和上位机监控的要求,可以为该类型的液压启闭机检修改造升级提供参考。
In response to the current problems of hydraulic hoist with sealed covers in drainage stations,this paper proposes to optimize and upgrade the sealing ring of the hydraulic cylinder,and optimize the design of the local electrical operating system.The maintenance station of the hydraulic hoist is relatively small,which can meet the requirements of the hydraulic hoist system control and upper computer monitoring.It can provide reference for the maintenance and upgrading of this type of the hydraulic hoist.
