摘要
针对高层住宅自然通风效率低、空气龄长及能耗高的问题,文章基于绿色建筑理念提出住宅通风优化设计策略:优化建筑平面布置,合理调整户型组合与门窗布局,构建高效通风路径以促进室内空气流动;针对中间户型通风不足的问题,设置通风采光井增强垂直空气交换;在低风压区域加装风墙、导风板等构件引导室外气流;同时优化室内开窗设计,平衡通风与节能需求。实践表明,该策略能显著缩短建筑内部空气龄,提高节能效果并降低空调能耗。
In response to the problems of low natural ventilation efficiency,long air age,and high energy consumption in high-rise residential buildings,this article proposes an optimization design strategy for residential ventilation based on the concept of green building:optimizing the building layout,reasonably adjusting the combination of unit types and door and window layouts,and constructing efficient ventilation paths to promote indoor air flow;To address the issue of insufficient ventilation in the middle layout,ventilation and lighting wells are installed to enhance vertical air exchange;Install wind walls,air deflectors,and other components in areas with low wind pressure to guide outdoor airflow;Simultaneously optimize indoor window design to balance ventilation and energy-saving needs.Practice has shown that this strategy can significantly shorten the air age inside buildings,improve energy efficiency,and reduce air conditioning energy consumption.
