摘要
在绿色节能理念盛行和建筑能耗问题凸显的当下,文章以某老旧住宅为例,先处理其外墙基层,后选用石墨聚苯板作为保温板芯材,并设计外墙遮阳构件。结果表明,该老旧住宅应用外墙改造方法完成整体改造后,提升了室内亮度,增强了保温层粘结强度,显著降低了建筑能耗。
In the current context of the prevalence of green energy-saving concepts and the prominent issue of building energy consumption,this article takes an old residential building as an example.Firstly,the exterior wall base layer is treated,and then graphite polystyrene board is selected as the insulation board core material,and exterior wall shading components are designed.The results showed that after completing the overall renovation of the old residential building using the exterior wall renovation method,the indoor brightness was improved,the bonding strength of the insulation layer was enhanced,and the building energy consumption was significantly reduced.
