摘要
针对国内汽泵与电泵方案的热经济性存在比较大争议的领域,分析了以往热经济性比较存在的不足,以某厂1000 MW机组为对象,在各种工况下,通过定流量法对汽动给水泵驱动、电动给水泵驱动和主轴驱动三种不同调速方式计算净输出功,得到理论输出净功的大小。论证表明主轴驱动方案在热经济性上具有一定优势。
Aiming at the in-domestic existing larger disputed field in the thermal economy of the steam pump and electric pump,the shortcomings of the previous thermal economy comparison were analyzed.Taking a 1 000 MW unit as the object,the theoretic output net work was obtained through using constant flow method to calculate the net output works of three different speed-regulation modes of steam-driven,electric-driven and spindle-driven feed water pump under various conditions.Demonstrations showed that the spindle-driven scheme had certain advantages of the thermal economy over other schemes.
