浅析中医心理学与西方心理学的分野与互鉴

A Brief Analysis of Distinction and Mutual Learning Between Traditional Chinese Medicine Psychology and Western Psychology

摘要中医心理学与西方心理学在研究目标与实践应用等方面存在一定的关联与共性,二者都关注人类的心理现象和发展规律,致力于促进个体的心理健康。但作为两门独立的学科体系,中医心理学根植于传统中医理论,强调身心一体和情志调摄,西方心理学则立足于实验科学,侧重于对心理现象进行量化分析与实验研究,二者源于不同的文化背景和社会环境,在理论基础、研究方法及临床实践等方面存在显著差异,具有独特的时代特征和社会文化属性。中医心理学的理论方法与体系更贴合中国国民的心理发展和人格体质,而西方心理学的发展成果亦不容忽视。我们要在充分探讨中医心理学与西方心理学的共性与联系、分野与互鉴的基础上,通过理论基础的互补和合、研究方法的融合交互及临床实践的赓续创新,以丰富中医心理学的研究内容,拓展研究视野,推进中医心理学的现代化发展和转化。 There is a certain correlation and commonality between traditional Chinese medicine psychology and western psychology in terms of research objectives and practical applications,both of which pay attention to human psychological phenomena and development laws and are committed to promoting individual mental health.However,as two independent discipline systems,traditional Chinese medicine psychology is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine theory,emphasizing the unity of body and mind and emotional regulation,while western psychology is based on experimental science,focusing on quantitative analysis and experimental research on psychological phenomena.The theoretical methods and systems of traditional Chinese medicine psychology are more in line with the psychological development and personality of Chinese people,and the development achievements of western psychology cannot be ignored.On the basis of fully exploring the commonalities and connections,divisions and mutual learning between traditional Chinese medicine psychology and western psychology,we should enrich the research content of traditional Chinese medicine psychology,expand the research horizons,and promote the modernization and transformation of traditional Chinese medicine psychology through the complementarity and harmony of theoretical foundations,the integration and interaction of research methods,and the continuous innovation of clinical practice.
