摘要
目的:探讨甜梦口服液辅助氟伏沙明治疗青少年抑郁症的效果。方法:选择安阳市人民医院2022年8月—2024年12月收治的100例抑郁症患者临床资料,依据不同治疗方法分为观察组(n=52,采用甜梦口服液联合氟伏沙明治疗)和对照组(n=48,采用氟伏沙明治疗)。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后抑郁程度、睡眠质量、生活质量及不良反应。结果:两组临床疗效和不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周、8周,观察组抑郁程度评分和睡眠质量评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青少年抑郁症患者应用甜梦口服液联合氟伏沙明治疗能改善抑郁程度,提高睡眠质量和生活质量。
Objective:To study the efficacy Tianmeng oral liquid as an adjunctive therapy for fluvoxamine in the treatment of adolescent depression.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with depression admitted to Anyang People's Hospital from August 2022 to December 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(n=52,treated with Tianmeng Oral Liquid combined with fluvoxamine)and control group(n=48,treated with fluvoxamine)according to different treatment methods.The treatment effect,depression degree,sleep quality,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of depression and sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Tianmeng oral liquid combined with fluvoxamine in the treatment of adolescent depression patients can improve the degree of depression,and improve sleep quality and quality of life.
