摘要
文章以巴拉素煤矿为工程背景,针对其特殊地质条件,从井筒防治水方法、掘砌方向、冻结方式、支护方式等方面,论证了巴拉素煤矿主斜井凿井技术可行性,提出了巴拉素煤矿主斜井的竖直孔冻结法凿井总体方案。分析指出,通过适当增大冻结段的井筒倾角及冻结孔间距,可降低地层冻结工程量;井筒采用竖直孔冻结穿过表土与洛河组砂岩,采用注浆法穿过侏罗系含水层;井筒在软弱易泥化、砂化含水层段采用双层井壁,强度较高岩层段优先采用单层井壁;冻结段采用下行掘砌,安定组以下的含水岩层段优先采用上行掘砌,通过双向对头掘砌,可缩短凿井总工期。同时,通过对费用估算、提升能力、建井工期的分析,明确了巴拉素煤矿主斜井凿井方案经济上可行。论证结果为巴拉素煤矿提升产能至30.00 Mt/a的战略性规划奠定了坚实的理论基础。
Based on the engineering background of Balasu coal mine,this paper demonstrates the technical feasibility of drilling the main inclined shaft of Balasu coal mine from the aspects of wellbore prevention and control methods,excavation direction,freezing method and support method according to its special geological conditions,and puts forward the overall scheme of vertical hole freezing method for the main inclined shaft of Balasu coal mine.The analysis shows that the amount of formation freezing engineering can be reduced by appro-priately increasing the wellbore inclination angle and freezing hole spacing in the freezing section.The wellbore is frozen through the topsoil and Luohe formation sandstone by vertical holes,and the grouting method is used to pass through the Jurassic aquifer.The well-bore adopts double-layer wellbore in the soft and easy muddy and sanded aquifer sections,and the single-layer wellbore is preferential-ly used in the rock section with higher strength.The freezing section adopts downward excavation,and the aquifer rock layer below the anding formation preferentially adopts upward excavation,which can shorten the total construction period of well drilling through two-way head-to-head excavation.At the same time,through the analysis of cost estimation,improvement capacity and well construction pe-riod,it is clear that the main inclined shaft drilling scheme of Balasu coal mine is economically feasible.The demonstration results have laid a solid theoretical foundation for the strategic planning of Balasu coal mine to increase production capacity to 30.00 Mt/a.
