摘要
分析加速康复外科(ERAS)护理联合理性情绪疗法(RET)对腋臭手术患者预后指标的影响。选取2023年2月—2024年2月在合肥市第二人民医院接受手术治疗的50例腋臭患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予ERAS护理联合RET,比较两组患者的伤口愈合时间、自我效能、疼痛评分、术后情绪应对方式及生活质量。结果显示,观察组伤口愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);术后第7 d,观察组自我效能量表(GSES)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术后第1、2、3 d,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后情绪应对方式和生活质量均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,ERAS护理联合RET能够促进腋臭手术患者的伤口愈合,减轻术后疼痛,增强自我效能,改善负性情绪,并提高其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
To analyze the impact of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery(ERAS)nursing combined with Rational Emotive Therapy(RET)on prognostic indicators in patients undergoing axillary osmidrosis surgery.A total of 50 patients with axillary osmidrosis who underwent surgical treatment at The Second People's Hospital of Hefei from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group was given ERAS nursing combined with RET on the basis of the control group.The wound healing time,self-efficacy,pain score,postoperative emotional coping style,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);on the 7th day after surgery,the score of the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);on the 1st,2nd,and 3rd days after surgery,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative emotional coping style and quality of life of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study concluded that ERAS nursing combined with RET can promote wound healing,alleviate postoperative pain,enhance self-efficacy,improve negative emotions,and improve the quality of life in patients undergoing axillary osmidrosis surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
