摘要
目的分析封闭式负压在腋臭术后负压引流中的应用。方法回顾性分析自2022年1月至2024年12月在南京医科大学附属江苏盛泽医院整形美容外科行腋臭手术的90例患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同分组,每组30例,对照组采用传统术后处理方式,负压引流组在传统处理基础上采用负压引流,联合治疗组在负压引流组基础上联合封闭式负压治疗。观察并比较三组术后并发症发生率、伤口愈合时间、患者满意度、瘢痕评分(VSS评分)及腋窝皮肤美学评分(包括色素沉着程度、皮肤平整度、对称性等)。结果联合治疗组术后并发症发生率、VSS评分显著低于负压引流组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组伤口愈合时间短于负压引流组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组满意度、腋窝皮肤美学评分均高于负压引流组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压引流联合封闭式负压治疗在预防腋臭术后并发症的同时,能显著提升术后美容效果,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore and analyze the application of closed negative pressure drainage in the postoperative management of axillary odor surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 90 patients who underwent axillary odor surgery in the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at our hospital between January 2022 and December 2024.According to the postoperative drainage methods used,the patients were divided into groups,with 30 cases in each group..The control group received conventional postoperative management;the negative pressure drainage group received additional negative pressure drainage based on conventional treatment;and the combined treatment group received both negative pressure drainage and closed negative pressure therapy.Postoperative complication rates,wound healing time,patient satisfaction,Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)scores,and axillary skin aesthetic scores(including pigmentation,skin smoothness,and symmetry)were observed and compared among the three groups.Results The combined treatment group showed signifi cantly lower postoperative complication rates and VSS scores compared to the negative pressure drainage group and the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time in the combined group was shorter than in the other two groups(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction and axillary skin aesthetic scores were signifi cantly higher in the combined group compared to the other groups(P<0.05),with statistically signifi cant diff erences.Conclusions Negative pressure drainage combined with closed negative pressure therapy can eff ectively prevent postoperative complications of axillary osmidrosis surgery,signifi cantly improve cosmetic outcomes,and enhance patient satisfaction.
