摘要
水电站设备设施较多,现场环境复杂,安全运行压力较大,必须保证作业环境整洁,施工有序,安全文明生产。锦屏一级水电站运行管理采用了工业工程技术中5S管理、定置管理、学习型团队等管理方法,有效保障了全厂设备安全稳定运行。目的是加强水电站运行管理的规范,减少误操作事故的发生,进而确保锦屏一级水电站安全、经济运行。
There are many equipment and facilities in hydropower stations,and the on-site environment is complex with high pressure for safe operation.It is necessary to ensure a clean working environment,orderly construction,and safe and civilized production.The operation and management of Jinping I Hydropower Station adopts management methods such as 5S management,fixed management,and learning team in industrial engineering technology,effectively ensuring the safe and stable operation of equipment throughout the plant.The purpose is to strengthen the standardization of operation and management of hydropower stations,reduce the occurrence of misoperation accidents,and ensure the safe and economical operation of Jinping I Hydropower Station.
