采用Blender软件创新性构建“点痛论”可视化动画教学模型

摘要 “点痛”最初见于古籍《痊骥通玄论》,后经明代喻本元、喻本亨增补而成“点痛论”,是通过观察马头颈、腰肢及蹄等部位的特异姿态与步态,综合判断肢体疼痛部位的马病诊断方法。因收集的真实病例不够丰富,目前“点痛论”的教学主要依赖于古籍叙述与静态图像的展示,学生普遍反映缺乏直观和动态感受,导致教学效果大打折扣。本研究采用Blender软件创新性构建“点痛论”可视化动画教学模型,运用3D动画技术还原马的32种异常表现,旨在为中兽医学相关课程教学、中华传统兽医学的传承与发展提供原创的高质量素材。制作过程包括建模、骨架绑定、动画制作与渲染输出4个部分,建模时进行模型设计、模型拓扑化和毛发制作;骨架绑定包括骨骼系统构建和脊柱约束系统集成;成功搭建马模型后,完成了最原始的马正常步态图,在此基础上补充四肢、蹄、肩、腰、臀、头等部位的改变以及步幅、速度的变化,从而展示出马的不同病态,32幅动画内容基本符合制作预期。“点痛论”可视化动画的构建不仅有助于提高中兽医外科与伤科学课程的教学效果,而且对传承和发扬中华传统兽医学具有重要意义。本次动画创作是“点痛论”传承的一次大胆创新,仍存在提升空间,后续将尝试进一步优化动画制作,对疼痛区域进行细致的可视化表达,加深学生对病因病机的理解。此外,还可以构建马、牛、羊、犬、猫等常见动物的解剖模型库,针对不同物种的运动特征,开发特异性跛行动画演示模块,丰富教学资源。在此基础上,还可以结合VR技术开发虚拟诊疗室场景,学生能以第一视角观察动物患肢及病状步态,通过手柄操作实现触诊、叩诊等虚拟检查,在亲临体验的同时,具有更高的安全性。本次动画教学模型的开发、制作和演示可作为科技赋能中华传统兽医学的范例。 The“Point Pain Theory”was first mentioned in the ancient text“Quanji Tongxuan Theory”,which involves diagnosing the specific location of limb pain in horses based on their various abnormal postures and gaits such as nodding their heads or stomping their hooves.Due to the limited number of real cases collected,the current teaching of the“Point Pain Theory”mainly relies on the description in ancient texts and the display of static images,and the students generally find lacking in intuitive and dynamic perception,thus significantly reducing the teaching effect.This research innovatively constructed a visual animation teaching model of the“Point Pain Theory”using Blender software,and utilized 3D animation technology to restore 32 abnormal manifestations of horses.The aim is to provide original high-quality materials for the teaching of related courses in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine.The production process includes four parts:modeling,skeleton binding,animation production,and rendering output.During the modeling stage,model design,topology,and hair production were carried out;skeleton binding involved the construction of the skeletal system and the integration of the spinal constraint system.After successfully building the horse model,the most basic normal gait of the horse was completed firstly.On this basis,changes were made to the legs,hooves,shoulders,waist,hips,and head,as well as variations in the amplitude and speed of the gait,to demonstrate different pathological conditions of the horse.32 animation contents basically met the production expectations.The construction of the visual animation of the“Point Pain Theory”not only helps to improve the teaching effect of“Traditional Chinese Veterinary Surgery and Traumatology”,but also has significant importance for the inheritance and promotion of traditional Chinese veterinary medicine.This animation creation is a bold innovation in the inheritance of the“Point Pain Theory”,and there is still room for improvement.In the future,attempts will be made to further optimize the animation production,provide detailed visual expressions of the painful areas,and enhance students’understanding of the pathogenesis.In addition,it is possible to build an anatomical model library for common animals such as horses,cattle,sheep,dogs,and cats,and develop specific limping animation demonstration modules based on the movement characteristics of different species to enrich teaching resources.On this basis,it is also possible to combine VR technology to develop a virtual diagnosis room scene,allowing students to observe the affected limbs and gait of animals from a first-person perspective and perform virtual examinations such as palpation and percussion through a handle.This provides a hands-on experience while ensuring higher safety.The development,production,and demonstration of this animation teaching model can serve as an example of technology empowering traditional Chinese veterinary medicine.
