亚临界条件下咖啡渣水解液制成有机水溶肥料的应用研究

摘要 旨在探索在亚临界条件下,不同碱解剂质量分数对咖啡渣水解效果的影响,并评估由此制成的有机水溶肥料在农业应用中的效果。通过优化碱解条件,成功制备了富含多种营养成分的有机水溶肥料,并通过盆栽试验,研究咖啡渣水解液对小白菜长势的影响,以期为研制新型有机水溶肥料提供技术参考。结果表明,水解液中有机质的含量和pH均随着碱解剂质量分数的升高而提高。当碱解剂质量分数在2%时,水解液中的有机质含量和pH最高。不同碱解剂质量分数处理对小白菜生长过程中的株高、地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重较对照均有较好的促进作用。其中,催化剂质量分数2%咖啡渣水解液对小白菜的株高和地下部鲜重的提升较对照均有明显的促进作用。 This study aims to explore the effects of different alkaline agent concentrations on the hydrolysis of coffee grounds under subcritical conditions and to assess the agricultural application effectiveness of the resulting organic water-soluble fertilizers.By optimizing alkaline hydrolysis conditions,this study successfully prepared organic water-soluble fertilizers rich in various nutrients.Pot experiments were conducted to investigate the impact of coffee ground hydrolysate on the growth of pak choi,providing technical references for the development of new organic water-soluble fertilizers.The results showed that both the organic matter content and pH in the hydrolysate increased with the rising concentration of the alkaline agent.When the alkaline agent concentration was 2%,the hydrolysate exhibited the highest organic matter content and pH.Treatments with different alkaline agent concentrations had better promotion effects on plant height,aboveground fresh weight,and belowground fresh weight of pak choi compared to the control.Among them,the coffee ground hydrolysate with a 2% catalyst concentration significantly promoted the plant height and belowground fresh weight of pak choi compared to the control.
