摘要
塞内卡病毒(SVA)是一种引发猪水疱性疫病的新发病原体,已趋于全球性传播。为了解甘肃地区猪群中SVA的流行现状和分布情况,本研究收集了2020—2022年甘肃地区猪场血清样品,利用SVA中和抗体竞争ELISA方法检测SVA抗体水平,并对2022年血清样品进行了细胞中和试验验证。结果显示:共检测猪血清样品2324头份,其中2020年505头份、2021年1100头份、2022年719头份,SVA年抗体阳性率分别为69.3%、3.8%、22.2%,总阳性率和场阳性率分别为23.5%和42.8%;ELISA方法与细胞中和试验的符合率阳性血清为95.45%,阴性血清为97.22%。结果表明,尽管近3年来猪SVA疫情在国内未见报道,但甘肃地区猪群中仍存在SVA隐性传播或者潜伏感染。本研究首次连续监测了甘肃地区猪群中SVA的流行状况,这为本地区乃至全国的SVA病防控提供了重要的流行病学信息。
Senecavirus A(SVA)is an emerging RNA virus that causes vesicular blister disease in pigs and tends to spread globally.In order to understand the prevalence and distribution of SVA in pigs in Gansu Province,serum samples were collected from pig farms from 2020 to 2022.SVA antibodies were detected by a competitive ELISA method,and some serum samples in 2022 were further verified by cell neutralization test.A total of 2324 pig serum samples were tested,including 505 in 2020,1100 in 2021,and 719 in 2022,and the annual positive rates of SVA antibody were 69.3%,3.8%and 22.2%,respectively.The total positive rate andfield positive rate were 23.5%and 42.8%,respectively.The coincidence rate between ELISA and cell neutralization test was 95.45%in positive serum samples and 97.22%in negative serum samples.Therefore,although the SVA epidemic in pigs has not been reported in China in the past three years,it has been apparent transmission in Gansu Province.In addition,based on the results of neutralizing antibody ELISA and cell neutralization test,it was inferred that there might be no significant variation in the antigenicity of latently circulating SVA strains.This is thefirst time to continuously monitor the prevalence of SVA in pigs in Gansu Province,which provided important epidemiological information for the prevention and control of SVA disease in this region and even in the whole country,and thus was of great scientific significance.
