2019年我国部分省份猪群塞内卡病毒流行病学调查 被引量:8

摘要 为了了解我国部分地区猪群塞内卡病毒(Senecavirus A,SVA)的流行情况,试验采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR和ELISA方法对2019年在华东、华南、华中、华北、西北、东北6个地区16个省、市、自治区屠宰场与非健康猪场采集的1310份猪组织样品和828份猪血清样品进行病原学与血清学调查,并结合2016—2018年数据,分析SVA在空间、时间和群间的分布情况。结果表明:从空间分布来看,华东、华南、华中、华北、西北、东北地区组织样品阳性率分别为4.07%、17.06%、29.27%、0、2.65%、0,场阳性率分别为26.67%、57.14%、50.00%、0、30.00%、0;华东和西北地区血清学样品阳性率分别为6.98%、15.17%,场阳性率分别为66.67%、93.33%。从时间分布来看,2019年屠宰场和非健康猪场组织样品阳性率分别为7.53%和3.24%,与2018年(11.21%和22.62%)比较明显下降;2019年下半年组织样品阳性率呈上升趋势,其中西北地区由上半年未检出增长为4.40%,华南地区由上半年的7.30%增长至28.70%。从群间分布来看,表观健康猪群(屠宰场)的组织样品阳性率(7.53%)与场阳性率(25.00%)均高于非健康猪群(3.24%和18.75%)。说明2019年SVA的流行强度有所下降,但流行范围仍较广、感染率仍较高且存在大量隐性感染,需加强猪群SVA流行状况的监测,以便及时调整防控措施。 In order to understand the prevalence of Senecavirus A(SVA)in pig herds in some areas of my country,the experiment used real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR and ELISA methods to analyze 1310 pig tissue samples and 828 pig serum samples for the investigation of etiology and serology,which were collected from slaughterhouses and non-healthy pig farms in 16 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions of six areas in East,South,Central,North,Northwest,and Northeast China in 2019.Combining the data from 2016 to 2018,the distribution of SVA in space,time,and groups was analyzed.The results showed that in terms of spatial distribution,the positive rates of tissue samples in East,South,Central,North,Northwest,and Northeast China were 4.07%,17.06%,29.27%,0,2.65%,0,respectively;and the farm positive rates were 26.67%,57.14%,50.00%,0,30.00%,0,respectively;the positive rates of serological samples in East and Northwest China were 6.98%and 15.17%respectively,and the farm positive rates were 66.67%and 93.33%respectively.From the perspective of time distribution,the positive rates of tissue samples from slaughterhouses and non-healthy pig farms in 2019 were 7.53%and 3.24%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in 2018(11.21%and 22.62%);the positive rates of tissue samples in the second half of 2019 were increasing trend,the Northwest region increased from undetected in the first half of the year to 4.40%,and South China increased from 7.30%in the first half of the year to 28.70%.From the distribution of groups,the positive rate of tissue samples(7.53%)and farm positive rate(25.00%)of apparent healthy pigs(slaughterhouse)were higher than those of non-healthy pigs(3.24%and 18.75%).The results suggested that in 2019,the intensity of the SVA epidemic had declined,but the scope of the epidemic was still wide,the infection rate was still high,and there were a large number of hidden infections.It was necessary to strengthen the monitoring of the SVA epidemic in pig herds in order to adjust the prevention and control measures in time.
