摘要
经筋微创针法是根据《黄帝内经》经筋理论,在《灵枢·九针十二原》中有关长针、大针针法描述的基础上,结合现代的微创技术和内窥镜技术,研发用于治疗风湿痹症的外治疗法,该针法具有操作系统独特、治疗方法简便、患者痛苦小且容易接受等特点。文章就近年关于经筋微创针法理论基础、临床应用、作用机制进行综述,为临床医生了解及应用该针法治疗痹症提供更多参考。
Minimally invasive needling technique for tendons is an external treatment for rheumatoid arthritis developed based on the theory of meridian sinew in the Yellow Emperor s Inner Canon and the descriptions of long and large needle acupuncture methods in the“Ling Shu·Nine Needles and Twelve Elements”.It combines modern minimally invasive and endoscopic techniques.This acupuncture method has the characteristics of a unique operating system,simple treatment methods,minimal patient pain,and easy acceptance.This article provides a review of the theoretical basis,clinical application,and mechanism of action of minimally invasive needling techniques for meridian reinforcement in recent years,providing more references for clinical doctors to understand and apply this technique in the treatment of rheumatism.
