摘要
随着城市轨道交通系统的发展,列车在线解编技术成为提高运力和降低运营成本的重要手段。车钩作为列车连接的关键部件,对中状态对解编的安全性和效率具有重要影响。传统的车钩对中检测方法依赖人工,存在效率低、误判率高的问题。为此,提出一种基于图像处理的车钩对中检测方法,利用K-means聚类和特征点检测技术,结合基准线和目标线的夹角计算,实现车钩对中状态的自动判断。试验结果表明,该方法在光照良好的条件下准确率不低于98%,在低光环境下也表现出良好的健壮性,可实现列车车钩对中检测的自动化和智能化。
With the development of urban rail transit system,train online disassembly technology has become an important means to improve transport capacity and reduce operating costs.As a key part of train connection,coupler has an important influence on the safety and efficiency of decoupling.The traditional coupler alignment detection method relies on manual labor,which has the problems of low efficiency and high misjudgment rate.Therefore,a coupler alignment detection method based on image processing is proposed,which uses K-means clustering and feature point detection technology,and combines the Angle calculation of reference line and target line to realize the automatic judgment of coupler alignment state.The test results show that the accuracy of this method is not less than 98%under good lighting conditions,and it also shows good robustness under low light conditions.The automatic and intelligent detection of train coupler alignment is realized.
